What & Why:
I'm a boutique photographer, which means I take photos of your family and friends and turn them into heirloom artwork for your home. My favorite part about being a photographer is that you get to be the one documenting life-changing moments. It's so much fun! What makes me different than other photographers is my background in psychology. I think it helps me really understand people and figure out what they need from their photo sessions to feel comfortable.
My name is Isabella, but most people call me "Izzy." I've been working with kids for years now and have accrued some great techniques to get the perfect photo. The reason I'm a boutique photographer is because of my mom. When she got divorced all of our wall portraits came off the walls and it felt like everything was changing. However, my mom hired a photographer and took new family photos with all of us girls and that is the moment I realized how important artwork can be. I wanted to make this happen for other families who might feel like their world was changing too so they could hang something special on their walls that would remind them that they are loved just as much now as before no matter what happens in life! There are few things more satisfying than seeing a client walk out with their newest piece of artwork under their arm- knowing you've helped them create something special.
About me:
I have been a photographer for years and have recently become a boutique photography business. Yay! My focus is to give my clients a unique experience that enables us to work together and create wonderful artwork for your home.
When I’m not working I like to spend time with my family. I recently got engaged (12/12/20) to my best friend of 8 years at one of my favorite places, the Scituate lighthouse! We also just bought our first house together and moved to the south shore after many years of spending what felt like every weekend down here.
I love to find new hiking areas to take our pup, Finley, on new adventures, and whenever I am able to get a break you’ll find me on the water paddle boarding. I’m telling you it's the best way to relieve stress! I love hearing about people's experiences, families, and stories. It’s not just about photography, it’s about understanding who you are to showcase what makes you special.
